Gorgeous close-up. Simplistic, with lovely lighting. :]
One small suggestion: at the far left, under the hand, you can see where the original image ended and where the black background was added. If you pay close attention to preserve the natural curve of the hand, you could erase the small piece of arm or whatever it is, so that the viewer's eyes flow much smoother across the photo.
